If you purchased a 1-month plan, you may cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. If you purchased a plan for six months or more, you must cancel within one month of the date of purchase for a full refund.

We will respond to your email within 3 business days. You will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and mail your refund.
