REFUND POLICY
If you purchased a 1-month plan, you may cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. If you purchased a plan for six months or more, you must cancel within one month of the date of purchase for a full refund.
When you request a refund, please email [email protected] and state why you would like to cancel your purchase (we guarantee unconditional refund). We will respond to your email within 3 business days. You will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and mail your refund.
The refund policy applies to new users making their first purchase.
